Frances would say "Thanks, but, well. Drinks tend to go through me. Unless if you have something for spirits and Ethereal." He said, though he doubt such a thing existed, he sure as heck would love to be able to enjoy something, after all it's been literal years sense he's last ate or drank anything.
Frances would look over to Maki and said "Yea, I'm going to take the errand runs here. And yea, the pet shop is close by, we'll be heading there." He said smiling.

Frances would look like he was about to say something, but couldn't seem to find the words for a minute till he said "Wait, really? You have something I could have? Well then...ah, hm..." He would think, now he wished he didn't just throw away gold willy nilly in the past...then again, he had nothing to get himself. "Well, yea I would like some, ah but I must ask, and I promise this is the only time I will ask of this, but is it possible to put it on a tab? You see I have no coins on me as it is, but I will pay you back and pay for all future drinks as well, it's just, it's been years sense I've had anything."
