Re: Jamaican sunset

"No more strange than steps that switch directions, or refrigerators that move on their own."  Marty decided as she continued to look for Hano.

Re: Jamaican sunset

Hano had accompanied the group at first, but unwisely decided to go down a different passageway, which led to her getting lost in the strange house. "Gah, there's no sense in here! Can't even see the sun..." She complained as she wandered though yet another hallway, and wasn't that the same portrait of a baby slaad she'd seen twice before?
Eventually, she stumbled into a room with a large window and several dusty instruments lying on tables, along with a large piano in one corner. "This must be the music room!" She paces around looking at each of the instruments and with delight, spots a yowlpipe; a short wooden pipe with several claw marks in it. Hano picks it up and begins playing.
mrrrrAAAAUUUU... The sounds coming out of the yowlpipe sound delightful to any felines, but like wild screeching to anyone else.

Re: Jamaican sunset

Marty paused in her search for Hano.  "Did you hear that?  Sounds like an alley cat in heat." Perhaps not the best way to describe a dorm mate and fellow party member, but the racket was horrible.  "Can anyone tell what direction it's coming from?"

Re: Jamaican sunset

A voice appears in Maki's head as she picks up the medium cleaver. <Gosh, your friend seems to be lost in this house. We better find her! I hope she's not scared; this place can be very confusing to non-Limbonians. I can lead the way!> She feels a pull from the cleaver itself.

Re: Jamaican sunset

Meanwhich, the other cleaver says to Frances, <I am Max's Evil Cleaver, Not His Good Cleaver, Which Is the One He Asked For. But you can call me "EC" for short.>

Re: Jamaican sunset

"EC huh? Alright." Frances said. He heard...something but couldn't figure out what it was or where it was he was hearing it. "Right, well I think me and you might become...'interesting aquaintence'." He said to the evil cleaver, now that he knew that Max didn't need EC, would he miss it?

Re: Jamaican sunset

Marty leads the way toward the source of the caterwauling, though she quickly gets lost in the maze when a wall decided to block her path and her attempt to will it back revealed an corridor that wasn't there before.  Luckily Maki seemed to know the way, so she followed.
