Lorenzo gives a cheerful wave to the other lizard man, nodding along and giving a wave to Frances in passing. Though at the mention of two spice markets, he nods slowly.
"Well, I have a bit of a list for spices too. How about we make two copies of a joint list, one group to Illegitimate Spice Dealers, the other to Legitimate Spice Dealers? Worse case is one group might anger the mob a bit."

Neil nods to Marty. "I'll get your butter and eggs in a jiffy, as soon as I get this pot where ya want it."
"Oh, yes. Mother always buys Barley Brothers. Or, she sends people to buy it. Hopefully, the chaps will return with some soon."
Meanwhile, a small whrrr comes from the stairwell, and a tiny wheeled something zips out the door and down the hallway. Slowly, a short-ish human of indeterminate gender walks out from stairwell, holding some sort of device that seems to be controlling the car. they look up. "Oh, Marty, hey. I guess you're here." They continue on as the car bumps lazily into a door. RC reaches the car, picks it up and opens the door. "I mean, if anybody wants to come in, they can."

"Hey RC." Marty waves. "We're having a crab cook outside if you want to join."
She nods at the young halfling. "It's the best. So creamy and soda-y." She licked her lips. "Thinking of it makes me homesick."
She nods even more vigorously at Leo. "Yeah! Shopping. Oh, and the guys that say they're Legitmate probably arrn't."

Looking around the common area whole others debate food and it's preparation, something he is woefully unequipped to do, Unit spots the soda machine. Looking it over, shaking his head as it's servitude to organics, Unit sees what exactly it sells and shoves money in until it gives him a Dr Pepper. Opening the can, he upends it and drains it in seconds. "Ooooooh I missed that..."
Seeing the others are ready to go, Unit follows
