The Drow picks up a clipboard, frowns. Then she glances across the greenway and yells, "Hey, Maddie! Do you know where BBEG is set up!?"
"Up yours, Dora!" the Drow cheerleader shouts back.
"Screw you, too!"
"They've got a tent next to the library! Three down from the McJester's booth!"
"Thanks, bitch!"
"Lunch?"
"Yeah! My shift's almost up!" She looks back at 001. "Just head to the clocktower, and look for the booth three down from the angry clown selling hamburgers."
Unit watches the discourse. "Charming. Thank you." He signs up for Mystic classes, trying not to think about who's touches these papers before him, and heads for the BBEG table.

"Oh hey!" The girl on wheels rolled past Rae, but spun almost in place and wheeled back, "Hi!" She looked at the oddly birdlike person, and the chest, and the pirate hat. "Little far from the nearest port, ain't ya?" She asked. Marty's oldest brother was in the Karameikos navy. He hadn't been home much in the last dozen years or so, but made the visit often enough that Marty absorbed some nautical lore from the brother he admired greatly.
"Aye," Rae agrees, "I'm feeling a bit off course with all these landlubbers. There be a ship on yonder horizon, though, even if it's in a bit of a sargasso."

(Anyone who's heading for the dorm can start posting in the *Life on the Fifth Floor* thread if they wish. Or you can continue to interact with others. If tehre's an NPC you want to meet, go ahead and bump into them)
"Any time," Mialee smiles, then looks at the dwarf and chips, "H'lo! What's your name?"
The Young Asmodeans table is manned by a couple of tieflings, but it's a human woman who greets Jennifer. "Hi! I'm Amanda, you can call me 'Mandy.' So, you're interested in Asmodeus, are you?"
It's a bit of a walk to the Beta Beta Epsilon Gamma table, where a small folding table is manned by a young male human, another presumably human in a black mask and imposing cloak, and a girl with pale blue skin who clearly does not want to be here. One of the other Units, 003, is already talking to them.

"Oh okay, I can ask them all if they have names later. Though they may just want me to give them names anyways since the love hoarding things and that includes names too. Even though they can't bury a name and hide it for winter and even if they could they wouldn't need to since their name would last through winter without being buried. Really I think having a lot of names just makes them feel important, you know? But anyways I feel like I'm forgetting something."
"..."
"Oh right! Can you help me register for the druid courses?"

"Slow sailing is better than no sailing." Marty quipped. "I'm Marty!" She offered a hand. "Looks like you're heading someplace." She didn't quite make it a question.

"Brother." Unit addresses the human. "I am here to join your organization. I expect my presence and this conversation to be all that is needed. You will provide me with directions to your...house, I believe it is called, as well as a means to contact you should your group's services be required."

"Of course, he's our rightful lord and master after all, and I am but his faithful servant. I'm a cleric major." Jennifer almost looked surprised. She was a tiefling, was it not already obvious that she would be Asmodean? Sure the other students here might have some excuse for not knowing how to submit to the Lord of the Ninth, but anyone with devilish blood ought to know their place in the hierarchy of hell.
"So what do you guys do around here? My cult youth group down in Plegethos did all sorts of things, field trips to profane sites, ritual ceremonies, movie nights, it was a blast."

Leo tips his hat to Mialee and moseys on down the road, flipping through his packet as he goes.
"Okay, so I'm stayin' in Azer Dorm. An' I got classes in music, magic, inspiration... wait, I gotta audit how many lectures a week?"
He gets so absorbed in it, he's really not paying attention to where he's going. He may just walk smack dab into someone.
(Anyone who wants Leo to wander into them feel free.)

Marty was skating backwards as she talked to and faced Rae, Moving slowly but not really paying proper attention to what was behind her. So of course it was inevitable that she ran into someone.
The impact wasn't great, and the greatest effect was forcing Marty into Rae's chest, which started to fall as both girls tried to save it.
