"I'd be surprised if someone from the Black Campus doesn't try an' use the chaos to take over. Maybe a grad student workin' on their thesis."

"There be a lot o' out of town orders?" Rae asked. "On th' night ye be raided by the Goblinetti's to set up a protection scam?"
Who cared, though? Unless the Goblinetti's protection extended to vampires, their protection was useless....

"Did you get a lot of orders last night? Maybe the Goblinetti's pressured their... err, clients to order so all the ninja's would be out."

"Yeah, there was a lot of orders. 'Specially for the middle of the week. Guess that's kinda odd. I'd chalk it up to first week of the school year, but mosta these orders was from off-plane."

"Then they lured all your delivery/security ninjas out so they could hit the place. Expensive, but I guess they think it's worth it to get you under their thumb. I ain't standin' for it! Ya mess with Odo's, yer messin' with Sigil Prep!"

Frances would be listening as he walked up to Rae and told her. "Hey, I'll be back, I think I know where to get some more info, and maybe a way to get the upper hand here. I just need a few minutes." He said as he looked over to the owner and said heading out, telling the others he'd be right back, he had info to gather.
Frances would powerwalk over to Jayla's, thanks to Artie he was down to only a few coins, but he didn't need a lot, just needed to save enough for his and Maki's dinner, which he already planned how much he needed. He would walk into Jayla's as he walked up to the counter. "Hey there Jayla, how are you?" He asked, pulling out four gold and fiddled with them on the counter as he leaned on the counter and the whispered to where only she could hear and even made sure that only Jayla could hear him. "So how well do you know the Goblinettis?"

Jayla pursed her lips as she glanced at Frances. "The Goblinettis? They control the majority of crime in Sigil East. Not always especially bright, but they're resourceful. If you're in trouble with them, I'd suggest getting out of it as quickly as possible. If you aren't... that's not a wasp's nest you want to poke."

The orc nodded at Leo. "Yeah, whatever they're up to, they messed with the wrong small business owner. I'm gonna poke the baatezu out of them asshats."

"Well, this was interesting. I'm guessing the next time you get flooded with off-planar orders and the last ninja leaves on a delivery you're gonna have a visit from goblins. Just a guess,"
She then had a thought. "Wait. Did you just send a ninja out on an order to Gehenna?" She asked. "How many are out right now?"

Frances would nod and said "I see. Well more or less, they're trying to scam a nearby restaurant, and the guy has...the temper of an Orc." Frances whispered as he continued and said "I got some friends joining his side, so any pacifying smoke you might know against this wasp nest?" He asked.

The restaurant is filled with slow, sullen trumpet music, and a rotund, neatly dressed goblin with a walking stick enters, flanked by two bugbears in black suits. "Your finest table, if you please, sir," the goblin mumbles, but it's not easy to understand him.

At Jayla's, the raven-haired woman says, "The best you can do is get him to owe you a favor. Which isn't easy. Or find someone to marry his daughter. Which may prove harder."
