Re: Port Claw Ridge

"Well hey, alright. What do you want to do with the sea once you rule it?" Sophia takes another sip, shrugging. "I mean, I personally don't think I could pull off ruling that much territory. But you've got the confidence for it."

Re: Port Claw Ridge

Rosé copies down the listed jobs and heads back to the ship to talk to the Captain.  Onyx runs up the gangplank to say hello to the salty gnoll - clearly getting out and about has been good for him.

"Ahoy, Captain," she says, "I copied down a listing of some open jobs in the market for you. Also I'd like to make my quarters more suitable for me, but I haven't the foggiest idea where to find furnishings. Also wine. This ship definitely needs a wine collection."

Re: Port Claw Ridge

Pete finishes his third mug of rum and staggers out of the tavern. only a little tipsy.  Stupid land, not moving around like it should.  Bracing his hand on a wall, he relives himself in an alley and makes his way back to the ship.

Re: Port Claw Ridge

Daran takes the book and bids the shopkeeper adieu. He places the book in his backpack. He continues searching the shops for a place that may have a pan flute.

Re: Port Claw Ridge

Munda would hiss out a chuckle when she told off the high elven boss as he drank up his moonshine. The boss was just scowling at her with his arms crossed until the topic of the baby dragon came up when he stepped away from Lilly and Munda spit out his drink, eating away at the wood that it hit like some kind of acid as smoke rose from the bits that the moonshine hit. Munda would hiss something in his native language but it was easy to guess that he was saying something along the lines of 'say what now!?'
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harold would have finished up his tankard again and said "Ey, me pa got poisoned by some orc bandits." He said remembering the stories. When Seabeard asked about why he was here and the letter Harold would give a whistle. "Now that lad, that's somethin' ta hold on to." He said. ."Congrats on that one. Also I'm here with...eh...I'm..." He would shake his head. "Me 'wife' if you want ta call her that, has some dealings here to do." He said.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cleo would blink and then slink down into her chair thinking. "Hm...now...well I mean..." it was apparant that she never thought that far into the future. "Well...I'll have some time to think about it, I mean first off everything in the world will belong to me, I won't be wanting for anything...but the exact details...allude me...Ah well. So what brings you here if I may?" She asked.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Onyx would go up to Blood and rub his head against his side, to which Blood would pat the dragons head as he looked over the list. "Nice. Well I recon we could do all three of these, but it'll be best to ask the crew which ones to do first. Also to find good furniture. You'll be wanting to hit the Polar Islands due North." He said.

Blood would then turn to Lrz and said "Already ahead on that. Where do you think I get my pistol's ammo?" He asked chuckling. He motioned for an area and said "All personal ammo is stored in there, the crates will have unlimited ammo for you so no need to worry, but just know the crates are a bit too heavy to carry with you outside of the ship." He warned.

When Pete returns Blood would sigh and said "Well guess that came to no surprise. Rosé make sure he doesn't break anything would you please?" He asked.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Daran would notice a few stalls with instruments and one of which did have a pan flute that was priced for 10 gold, behind the stall was a goblin reading a book.

Re: Port Claw Ridge

"Filthy Orcs," Seabeard spits. "Almost 's bad 's da Highlanders, that lot."

The barkeep finally returns with the prepared fish, smoked to perfection on ceylon planks with just a small squeeze of fresh lemon, and thoughtfully paired with a side of stewed parsnips and leeks. If anything, this meal did more to highlight that the fellow was obviously a halfling than did his fake beard or furred feet. He plops down two fresh tankards for the real and half-dwarf, and then busies himself cleaning the bar.

"Why would ey want to call 'er yer wife if ye seem hesitant to call 'er 'at yerself, lad? Out with it, nothing you say could confuse me more thoroughly than this tavern, savvy?" Seabeard raises his tankard to clink with Harold's.

Just then, there's a whirr of gears, two magical spotlights flicker on and aim at the far wall, and the wall splits in the middle, sliding open to reveal a horrifying scene beyond.

A....stage slides out a few feet into the room, carrying with it 8 dwarf-shaped stone and metal golems, each holding instruments. They begin to play, about as competently as you'd expect hastily constructed arcane constructs to play instruments.

Re: Port Claw Ridge

Pete retrieves his pipes from his cabin and settles in to play, skwonking out a tune as he perches on the ship's rail.
