"Oh, of course. That's how we get you, of course. If you don't mind, though, I should really get on with eating you."

Rae says. "Belay that. Th' way I be seein' it, ye have a problem ye cannot solve on her own. Ye could eat us, and that'd be a fine meal, per'aps. But then yer problem if being becalmed with no ready food source pops up again. Ye best be thinkin' o' ways to get deeper into the sphere so ye can find more ready supplies. Trust me, I just want us t'be friends."
even with a snowballs chance of persuading a hungry mimic, I'm sure 9 won't cut it

"While you make a viable point, I counter with, 'I am super hungry and hey, chicken dinner.'"

(friends). "I can be gettin' ye a snack. I can be gettin' Benitez down here, ye can be eatin' him, then we can fly ye to a better location. I never like Benitez anyway. Ye just need t' trust me," Rae says.

"Yeah, that sounds pretty good. This Benitez is tasty, then?"

"Aye," Rae says, then tilts her head. "I mean, I be assuming so. I've never... eaten... him...". She waves Hyacinth over. "How many other o' yer breathren be on this ship? We might have some other scallywags an' lazy bones to contribute t' yer cause."
If Hyacinth comes over, Rae shoves her out the door as she listens to the mimics answer.

"Oh, five or six, I think. Assuming [indecipherable name] hasn't reproduced. She claimed the mate's bedroom."
Hyacinth walks over. "What is your game here exactly?" she whispers.

"We'll be back!" Rae says cheerfully. When they are both outside, Rae says "fly".
She takes off to climb back up to the bird shaped ship of Captain Macaw. "Where be Benitez now?" She asks with a bit of volume as they fly.

"Who's Benitez?" Hyacinth asks back.
