Marty buys the property, giving the money to Neil while taking the card from Kel.
"So I heard you got your pixie ass handed to you in the Jungle." She remarks sweetly.

"That game was heavily rigged in favor of them wise guys. I'm pretty sure the lizard guy paid off the host."
"Oh, gosh," Neil says. "Looks like I just landed on your Lightning Rail. I'm going to have to mortgage some properties. Let me think..."

Marty rolls the dice and lands on Chance. She reads the card and hands out $50 to everyone but Aitch, who she honestly forgot.
"Apparently I've been elected Chairman of the Board." She announced. "Things will change under my leadership. Wages will be fair, and conditions safe."

"Eh, where's the fun in that," Kel says, grabbing the dice.
"But it's my tur--"
"12! Ha! Community Chest. Advanced to... Agh!" he moves his piece to Marty's biggest property. "Fine, take my money." He tosses all his property cards back to the bank. "I got a crazy money-making scheme planned anyway."

"Yeah?" She asked as she raked in Kel's cash. "What is that? Nothing too honest I hope?"

He glances at Neil, then back at Marty. "Maybe we should talk about this away from the fuddy-duddy." Back to Neil. "No offense."
"Oh, don't you worry about a thing, buddy! It's just good to have the gang over."
"I'm a fuddy-duddy, too," Aitch says.

Marty counts up her properties, and looked across the board at Neil's. At this point it really was a tossup which would win. That last move put Kel out. And everyone else was already gone.
She counted up the squares, and hefted the dice, and then rolled. Maybe a trick of the wrist, maybe some magical legerdemain, or maybe she was just really unlucky, but the her piece landed on the most expensive property on the board, where Neil had stacked hotels.
"Well, I think that it's for me." She decided as she handed Neil all her money and cashed in over half her properties to pay the rent. "Great game Neil." She got up and left the RA's room, not too hastily, but without lingering on the pleasantries.

"That was super, guys! Let's be sure to do this again! Soon!"
Kel clears his throat, looks around. "Y'see, there's a underground monster-fighting ring run by the Igneosoviches. And my friend Mitzi's got a solid inside fix. So we're gonna place a lot of bets against what looks like a sure thing, and bam! Dectuple our money in one afternoon."
Offline
"The Igneosoviches huh?" Marty gave her own look around before continuing. "You know they break legs and pluck wings of people the cheat or cross them right?" The fact that he'd spilled the plan - if this was really the plan - so quickly to her made her wonder who else might know about it - who else that might sell the info to the mob for safer profits.
"I don't have a lot of money to bet. I'd want to meet this Mitzi before, eh, investing anything."

"I can introduce you to Mitzi. You gotta be cool, though. She already won't work with Creig because of his incompetence."
