She wondered what the plan was, and why anyone would depend on the pixie for anything important. But this wasn't the place to talk,

Kel is right there, waiting.
"The Valley of the Mage, of course," Jov nods. "A very simple pathway." He gestures to a green garden gate, surrounded by vines which don't attach to anything but the gate they are entwined with. "Four gold for the group should be sufficient."

It looks pretty. The hamster switches perches as the group goes through.

"It does look pretty." Marty agreed as she chipped in half the tab and walked through the bowered gate. "I wonder how big this Valley is, and where the minimal forest is?" She walked through the green countryside, looking for people.

The gate opens out into a clearing surrounded by mountains, and within those mountains, surrounded by a large forest. Almost immediately, two tall elves in chain armor and carrying longbows approach.
"State your business, short-lives."

"Tiny elephants? You risk the infamous xenophobia and cutting snide remarks of the Valley Elves to see tiny elephants?"
