Sarah smiles and laughs, saying, "Fair enough. That's cool, though! Just...Not something I expected." She swallows nervously, suddenly focusing again on the idea that she actually had a date with Waya, and adds, "So, uh...When do you want me to make reservations?"

"Lunch would probably have to wait to the weekend. I have a pretty full class schedule. I'm free most evenings, though."

Sarah nods and blushes, "Well...I mean evenings work for me too...Um...Yeah."

"Good. It's a date." She pauses. "Wait, no it's not. We need an actual calendar date for it to be a date. So... Fffriiiday?"

Sarah nods happily up and down, saying as her voice sounds more excited, "Yeah! Friday sounds good! It's a date!" She wears a wide grin, just a little nervous but also very excited and proud of herself.

"It's a date," Waya agrees, starts to lean in, then back. "Too soon. Way too soon."
"Booo!" Volka calls from the barely open doorway.

Sarah blinks then nods as she replies to Waya, "Yeah, probably a bit." Then she turns and looks at Volka with a smirk on her face and says, "This isn't for your benefit anyways."

Volka bites a piece of jerky and disappears into the other room.
"She gets enthusiastic about things," Waya says. "See you Friday, then."

Sarah smiles and says, "See you Friday!" She turns, starts walking, and then turns back around looking a little embarrassed, saying, "I mean. I was also just gonna hang out."

"Also fine," Waya chirps. "We were going to order pizza and..." A ninja is suddenly in front of her, handing her several pizza boxes. "Uh... Volka has the money." The ninja nods solemnly and runs in a crouch, arms extended behind him, to the other room.
"So... we've got pizza."
