"I mean I accidentally sent you lot on a drug trip with my cooking, it seems like the sort of thing that deserves more than words."
At the question, though, he grins.
"Yeah, they'd probably get along well, and it'd do him good still."

Sarah blinks as she listens to Lorenzo, then asks, "Wait, really? Jeez, what did I miss before move-in..."

Lorenzo shrugs and sighs.
"I made a gumbo with a spice that I thought was in minute enough dosage to avoid the normal hallucinogenic issues and visions it grants oracles - I mean it wasn't even a pinch. Turned out any was still far too high a concentration. Perfectly safe for coldblooded folk like myself and it makes the gumbo, but that's why we went on the quest to Wahl' Merht for Unit's magic cloak. Got Rae a sextant she had her eye on. Still trying to figure out the right things for Jenn and, well, you, Maki. Been thinking about items that can easily become magic or enhance things for you, but that needs either khyber shards for binding spirits or eberron shards for increasing potency."

Mora nodded at Sarah, "Yeah, I moved in late. So I missed things too, apparently. But I'd love to meet your boyfriend, Maki." She turned back to Lorenzo, "Well, I got mum's eyes. And I was hatched, but not sure it wouldn't be a problem with me too."

Mora shrugs, "Part fiend. Also human and yuan-ti."
"Wait. Wait, yuan-ti are snake people right? Oh gods snakes shed worse than humans." He takes a step back.

"Hey, snakes shed skin in manageable single packets instead of constantly. How is that worse?"

Blue looks up from his gift snack. Maybe 'cause he can see it more easily. Unit's silly like that.

Mora frowned, "Hey, I didn't insult your mum. And only the snake shaped ones shed."

Frances would be walking back in after making sure his stuff was still cleaned and dusted.
Mora would see a skeleton walking in wearing a tee-shirt and leather pants and boots as he would look over to her and waved a bit timidly. "Oh, ah, hello there." He said, seeming to wait to see how she reacts to him.

"Warforged generally don't have mums, anyway. Again, Unit doesn't mean offense, really. He just lived in a land where things don't really rot, per se. The Mournlands tend to leave corpses how they looked in the moment of death, possibly because it's so hostile and cut off from the positive and negative planes even the things that cause rot died off. Just a whole country full of undead, aberrations, and constructs."
