Lorenzo calls out as he hefts the cauldron.
"They'll get here eventually. Anyway...Neil and whatsyername, looks like we're gonna be throwing a crab party for the floor, want in? And, uh, could someone help guide me around a bit? Can't see shit past this thing, and stairs are gonna be a problem."

"Especially getting around the fountain there," Rae muses.

Jennifer also did what she could to help Lorenzo balance the pot. “Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’m Chi-chi’s roommate.” she leaned in close to whisper “Umm, you don’t happen to understand her do you? I’ve been trying to be friendly but I feel like I’m missing something when I try to talk with her.”

Marty grins. "You don't happen to have, say, ten, maybe fifteen pounds of butter and a half-dozen dozen eggs on hand, would you?" She pauses. "I can pay, and help you restock later."
When the halfling speaks up she gapes. "Barley Brothers Cream Soda?" She asked. "That's my favorite."

"Nice to meet you, Jennifer. As for Chi-Chi, it's not so much that I can understand her as I found out some common she knows and gesturing helps get points across a lot better. Also that she has a pretty singing voice. Likely gonna have some classes with her though, so I'll work on it - I mean, the broken common, the clothes, the fact she could lift this at all, she's probably barbarian major too, right? That said, may want to just share whatever food you have on hand - she seems to not be used to plentiful food, so it's something she seems to really appreciate."
Lorenzo relaxes slightly as assistance comes, letting them help guide from the front while he took the brunt of the weight from the back.

Leo comes out of his room, having taken some time to get settled in.
"Howdy, y'all. How's the prep for the cookout comin'?"

"Oh, gosh! I feel so terrible," Neil says. "It's probably the fact that I'm a lawful evil aberration, I guess." A slithering appendage ending in an eye slips out from under his hat, and suddenly the cauldron floats up into the air. "I had to help her move it in. No idea what she needed it for, until now. That's so clever, she anticipated this cookout!"

Lorenzo stares and grins as the cauldron lifts, before looking over to Neil.
"That's pretty cool, mate. Though could be she likes to do lots of cooking at once. Really stock up on meals for a while."
